The distribution was administered by local aid organizations in cooperation with the social authorities in the country.

The aid reached institutions and orphanages situated in Western Romania. Along with the distribution of the aid shipment, fun activities with singing and dancing were organized. The children enjoyed participating in the various shows and dancing performances.
