Helping Hands has had the great privilege to once again distribute Christmas food bags to people in need in Stockholm during the month of December. Our distribution routine was similar to last year’s food distribution where people in need picked up their grocery bags at a pre-ordered time. It is gratifying to have the opportunity to continue helping people in these times of ever increasing need for help.

The food bags contained traditional Swedish Christmas cuisine, including several kinds of salmon and along with chicken, Christmas ham and several other delicious meats.

In addition the bags contained various salads and sauces of several kinds as well as candles, eggs, bread, syrup, saffron buns and other pastries together with coffee packages, carbonated table water and other soft drinks. Christmas candy, snacks, nuts and many other goodies were also included.
